First off all thanks goes to these Dev. from android forums for there hard work. First and foremost BH_MAN for this great port! Also big thanks to Kam187, Mastermind278, droiddev, mobileband, My420Time, rkhalil2009 for their pioneering work to get this all started.

*Warning*
Do not install this if you have received the maintenance update as it will break the rom. Before installing this rom you should odin back to the orginal behold 2 firmware.
FYI: If you have any of these apps, evernote, where's waldo, or Midnight Bowling 2, then you have the update.

Why install BH_MAN's Rom you might ask?

Included & working in rom Plus hassle free install is:
- Pre installed Busybox
- Galxay Mms.apk
- Removed TwMms.apk
- Root for App's
- Widget Pack
- Merged Advance Launcher w/ Twiz Launcher.
- Persistent Root script pre installed
- US by Default
- English By Default
- Bloat Ware Removed.

Bugs Known:
- USB Debugging needs turned off, then back on after each re-boot for adb to work..

Now, for what you came for

Download the Package here > http://www.4shared.com/file/228443360/a361936b/BH2_No_Twiz.html

Once download is complete, un-zip the items to the SDcard on your Behold 2.

Now for the Install procedures.
Do the Following one Line at a time...

Step 1.

Code:
adb shell
cat /sdcard/try3 > /data/local/try3
chmod 777 /data/local/try3
/data/local/try3 /system/bin/sh

Step 2.

Code:
mount -o rw,remount /dev/st9 /system
cat /sdcard/unyaffs > /data/local/unyaffs
chmod 777 /data/local/unyaffs

Step 3. (Make sure to wait for the # sign after /data/local/unyaffs /sdcard/system Before Rebooting)

Code:
cd /system
rm -R app
/data/local/unyaffs /sdcard/system
reboot

That's it, after you get the # from running /data/local/unyaffs /sdcard/system it's now safe to reboot...

Now, once you have Rebooted, Do a Factory reset by, Menu>Settings>Sd card & Phone Storage>Factory Data Reset Enjoy!

fyi: it is very important that you return to stock touchwiz before preforming this (which is only necessary if you are already running a custom rom). if you are on twiz now then you should be good to go.

just a random question...what is the actual version for the behold 2 that is safe to do this? reason why i ask is cuz i just switched from behold to the behold 2 and bought my b2 from ebay, so i have no idea what the previous owner did to it other than me knowing it's the default setup.  i used the *#6984125*# on my b2 and found the version information.  it reads as follows:
SW VERSION: T939UV9J6
HW VERSION: REV1.0
FTA SW VER.: T939.006
FTA HW VER.: REV1.0
RF Cal Date: 2009.10.17

any idea if this rom will actually work on my phone...or will it break it? Sad

on the subject of bricked phone....any way to reverse it like the behold where you just load in bootloader mode and put original "os", so to speak, back onto it? cuz i can do that in my sleep for my behold, and if putting this rom onto the behold II is just as simple, well i'll be one happy camper Smiley
