convert jar files to apk files?

Ok I have a lot of games but they are in .jar files they are from my previous phone that I hacked to get. I was wondering if there is a converter or anything that I can use or do to change those games so I can play them on my B2? I hope there is cuz I have more than 100 games on my memory card just waiting to be played...Thank you. Oh and if I posted this wrong sorry and please move it to the right one.

Ok my friend I have been looking and I found this I tried it but it only works on some..
First thing go to the market and download: java/j2me runner.Open it up and it will show a list of everything find the one you want and click it sometimes it does take long then hit install and open. If you have a virus scanner it will say its suspicious just hit ok.Then at least on mine wait a bit and if it wants youll get to play the game. Ok I'm still looking for something better and when I do I'll post. Oh and last but not certainly least thanks to where I found it on yahoo answer by 007.Thanks man or girl!!!
