Hey guys, I've had my behold II for a while now and one of the things that just seems to keep on getting on my nerves is that scrolling from page to page seems pretty laggy and not as fluid as it should be... I messed around with one of my friend's HTC hero and his phone just seems to be so much faster. I don't know if it's cause of specs or what not, but I'm just looking for some help.

So here's my question, are there any ways that I can speed up my phone or make it more fluid in how it moves from screen to screen? And I use Advanced Task Killer too, so I don't think that's it.

I ave pandahome and myphone responds  faster but it also is different it doesnt have the 3 screens. If you dont mind and can live without the 3 screens just check pandahome it doesnt cost anything and if you dont like it just delete.hope this helps a little.

yeah that's actually what I use, and I really like it. But for some reason mine just seems to be so laggy. basically its just not as smooth as I would like while going from screen to screen and I don't know if there is anything I can do to change that.

once you get the 1.6 upgrade, you will no longer have this issue. until then you could try using zeam. i used to use pandahome until i tried zeam. It's free as well.

Thanks so much. That is a huge help. I do have one more question though if your able to answer it. I won my phone through samsungs contest, so in order to receive the update, do I have to register my phone or anything with T-mobile? I didn't receive the last update and had to manually do it, so I just want to make sure I get it this time.

Currently the 1.6 OS update isn't on their servers anymore for OTA, it created issues with other phones. My favorite home replacement was aHome. I uninstalled it according to T-Mobiles instructions to aid in getting the 1.6 update. Run a task killer app to kill apps you aren't using, will aid in allowing extra processing space, aid to reduce the lag, not eliminate. It always seems to be thinking about something when messing with it, probably the TouchWiz 2.0. If you're up to it, they have non-TouchWiz OS replacements to mod your phone if you google it. Other than that, TouchWiz 2.0 will always be prevalent on this phone.
