well i'm sorry to tell you but that information is incorrect. here is how you do it for the behold 2 as there is no about phone on the original version. this will not work however unless you have received a notification that you have an update to install, so this will do nothing but here you go.

click settings then scroll to the bottom of the list and press software update.

On touchwiz hon screen, I select menu key then select system settings. Scroll all way to bottom is software update and select that. I still haven't gotten update btw.

Huh Just wondering...have you read the thread you are posting in? lol! YES there is an update that started going out on the 18th and should be finish on the 26th for everyone that bought the phone before this week. if you bought the phone this week or buy it later, you will get the update in the following weeks as tmo sends one batch of weekly updates for new owners. This entire thread is about this update. Just read the opening post, it says it all.

I won the phone in December and no update yet. Not only that but there are a lot of others with different circumstances who haven't seen an OTA update either.

I bet the the number of those who haven't received it far outweighs those who did.

Had phone since December, still no update here either, KC market. Not getting undies in a bunch over it myself in hopes of the hopefully not so much of a rumor, rumor that all android phones to get 2.1. Now that's exciting to me :-)

The update is still coming in batches other ppl got it today I called tmo and made sure they had my correct  iemi number

I finally got the bug fix. I am in Dallas, TX but my account is from Mobile, AL. I haven't noticed anything different exept the android word on startup is replaced with samsung.  Also, there are more programs that I don't want. I love android and the apps but it sucks being limited to internal memory space. The last thing I want is more crappy games and apps taking up memory. Still, I am happy the update installed and hope more follow soon.
